Semine has a new name: Rydoo Accounts Payable

Say hello to Rydoo Accounts Payable!

Semine is becoming Rydoo Accounts Payable, with a new name, logo and colours. The platform you use today remains the same, including your invoices, workflows, integrations and data. Apart from the new look, the only changes you will notice are the sign-in address and our email addresses.

You do not need to migrate your data or reconfigure your account. Everything happens automatically.

Why the new name?

Semine is now part of the Rydoo family, and our new name brings us together under one brand.

For you, this means the accounts payable platform you already know is now backed by the Rydoo team, while the product and how you use it remain unchanged.

What is changing

• Name and look: you will see the Rydoo name, logo and colours instead of Semine's.
• Sign-in address: the sign-in address is changing from my.semine.no to ap.rydoo.com. Your current Semine address will redirect you to the new Rydoo sign-in page.
• Email addresses: our semine.com email addresses, including support, are moving to Rydoo addresses.
• Mobile app: if you use the mobile app, you will see a new Rydoo icon on your phone. The app works just as it does today.

What is not changing

• The product: every feature, workflow and integration stays exactly where it is.
• Your data and settings: everything carries over as it is today. You do not need to migrate, export or reconfigure anything.
• Your access: your users, roles and permissions stay the same.
• Your people: you will keep working with the same contacts, support team and customer success managers.

Do I need to do anything?

No, the change happens automatically.

• Update your bookmarks: your current Semine address will redirect you for now, but we recommend updating your bookmarks to ap.rydoo.com as soon as you can. This gives you the quickest way to sign in. It is also a good idea to let your colleagues know about the new address.
• Contacting us: emails sent to your usual Semine contacts will still reach us, so nothing gets lost.

• Is Semine going away?

No. The platform is not going anywhere. Only the name and brand are changing.

• Will my data or integrations be affected?

No. This is a brand change only. Your data, settings and ERP integrations keep working exactly as they do today.

• Will my invoices, approvals or workflows be interrupted?

No. Your invoice processing, approvals and workflows carry on as normal.

• Who supports the product now?

The same team you know, now under the Rydoo name.
